Node 1. Record data using the various data collection forms found here and based on the protocols for stepped wedge cluster randomised trial and the protocols for the incidence sub-study.
Node 2 and Node 3. Perform double entry of data using EpiData. The double data entry process is used to ensure that the entry of data from the paper forms are correct and as accurate as possible. The double data entry process along with other useful documentation on the use of EpiData can be found here.
Node 4. Using the results of the double data entry checks, clean and/or update data accordingly. This can be done at a monthly basis.
Node 5. After data has been checked and cleaned, send data to PIs for preliminary analysis.
Node 6. All monthly checked and cleaned data should be compiled and stored securely.
